The Former Customer Trust
Following the closure of Dozens accounts on 31 August 2022 and the wind-down of Project Imagine Limited’s regulated operations, remaining customer funds are no longer safeguarded under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011.
A Trust was created to protect the former customer funds that were not withdrawn prior to the end of the Dozens wind-down.
The Trust is administered by Truva Corporate Administration Limited (“The Trustee”) and former customer funds have been deposited into accounts held with Coutts & Co.

How To Withdraw Your Funds
To withdraw your funds from the Trust, please email the Trustee from the same email used to open your Dozens account and provide the Trustee with alternative account details for the transfer of your balance.
In order to verify your identity, The Trustee reserves the right to request proof of identification or any other relevant information in order to verify the identity of the account holder.
Please only use the communication channels specified above. Do not share your details with anyone else. Beware of phishing scams.
Please note that the Trust will terminate on 31 August 2028 after which any remaining funds will be paid into court.
